Shipping policy

Unless otherwise agreed, all correspondence relating to the purchase contract must be delivered to the other party in writing, by e-mail, in person, or by registered mail via a postal service provider (at the sender’s choice). It is delivered to the buyer at the e-mail address provided in their user account.

The method of delivery of the goods is determined by the seller, unless otherwise stipulated in the purchase contract. If the method of transport is arranged at the request of the buyer, the buyer bears the risk and all additional costs associated with this method of transport. The seller informs the buyer of the shipment of the goods to the e-mail address specified by the buyer in the order.

The delivery of goods may be carried out in the following ways:

DHL – delivery within the territory of France

Delivery to workplace/home – via DHL – delivery within the territory of France.

In the event that, for reasons on the part of the buyer, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a manner other than that specified in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery of the goods, respectively the costs associated with another method of delivery.

Upon receipt of the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and, in the event of any defects, to notify the carrier immediately. If a breach of the packaging indicating unauthorized entry into the shipment is found, the buyer does not have to accept the shipment from the carrier. By signing the delivery note, the buyer confirms that the packaging of the shipment containing the goods has not been broken.

Other rights and obligations of the parties in the transport of goods may be governed by the seller’s special delivery conditions, if issued by the seller.
